Looking for a mentor/beta-reader

I began writing about three years ago, but stopped, and recently I began writing again. I write fanfiction. I write about romance.

I am in need of a mentor or a beta reader to give me some serious criticism regarding my ongoing works and to give me advice to help me improve my skills.

They're about Asian celebrities... Hong Kong actors/actresses, to be specific. Mainly about the people and pairings I support.
