Any markets for YA style poetry?

I don't really read much poetry, I'm a story teller type of guy, but i've written a couple cool poems geared toward the YA crowd. Basically horror/halloween type poems. (The kind that rhyme)

I've checked duotrope but there is an overwhelming amount of poetry sites. Does anyone know of a site that caters to those type of poems?

Everything I've checked seems very adult and wordy. Basically the type of poetry I am not good at writing. And I don't see many poems that rhyme either...
