Webster's New World Dictionary says countertop, one word.

Thanks for the...um...advice? but I think I got a consensus already. I should buy a print dictionary, you're right. I'm cheap.

Yes I am also aware of dictionary.com and Webster-Mirriam Online. So I'm cheap and lazy (I already had AW open on my browser).

By the way, I know you're all waiting for the thrilling conclusion:

both online sources say "countertop." Word Perfect, you are outvoted.

Just to snap your psychic bra strap, I'm an architect, and I always write it 'counter top.' But I'm weird.

I don't think you're weird at all. :Hug2:

Context is everything. Looks fine in an architectural drawing, I'm sure.
