Been a while since I worked in the older version.

In MM2000.

> Print
In the window that pops up and gives you the various options for printing sections, single pages, reverse orders etc., you'll see a "Print to" with a pulldown menu button next to it. Click that button and on the menu you will see the PDF option.

The default in version 4.x is "Print Normally to Printer".

As Wordmonkey said, you use the dropdown menu to select Print to PDF.

This will create an excellent PDF file, with the scenes labeled as Bookmarks. By using the navigation side panel in the Acrobat Reader, the person reading the script can quickly navigate around in the script.
