about how long does it take to hear back from them, i sent the first three chapters of my novel and i don't know when i'll hear back from them.

Wondering about their word count limits-- they don't seem to specify one for fiction but I am wondering if anyone has published anything over 10,000 words with them?

I sent them some poetry a month ago. It's too early for a response. I have been walking with my toes crossed. Therefore, the wait is painful.
