Hi all,

Just thought I'd start a thread. Does anyone know of any Pre-NaNoWriMo and Post-NaNoWriMo parties or get togethers in the Silicon Valley Area???

As for San Jose/Santa Clara Area

We have a writer's group that meets everything Tuesday (except the first Tuesday) of every month. But that is just the group and not necessarily 'NaNo' specific.

There are parties & get togethers through NaNo, but I've never been to one. I think they do the kick-off writing session at Denny's.

When you signup for your NaNo account on the official NaNoWriMo website (nanowrimo.org), be sure to include your location. You'll get email notifications for local events.
