hey all,

i really stink at the business aspect of screenwriting. I want to know that what is the ideal length of a query letter with multiple submissions? and how many loglines areallowed in a query letter with multiple submissions?

As far as I've heard, you should only query one logline per letter.

Yeah, one submission at a time. If they like your writing but are looking for something else, they'll ask if you have something else of a certain genre ready.

I agree with one submission per letter, but if I may ask a question... should you let them know in your letter that you have other scripts in a certain genre ready?

It's almost a given, as far as I know, that you'll have many ideas behind the primary one you're pitching. One at a time, and if you have more than one opening to send letters at the same studio, you rule.
