Okay. Kale, the new baby kitten (he's about 10 weeks) sucks my hair.

This is weird, right?

At least it isn't my toes...

Good morning, house of the wiener! Greetings from the house of Silence. :)

And as if the day couldn't get any better, I got an email from the editor of the mag I write for, accepting my 3rd short story. :snoopy:

How are y'all doing?

Oh, no. They are talking about making Fiats here in Tennessee. We will try our best to make sure they don't fall apart or catch on fire driving down the street . . . but no promises.

It's already the North America headquarters for Nissan and Volkswagen.

I guess we have to learn Japanese and German as well.

I took a class in Japanese many, many years ago. I don't remember much. There is a large Japanese presence here due to being the headquarters of Nissan, Bridgestone, and some other Japanese companies.

It should help the economy. Owning a auto towing company will be a gold mine!

Does anyone remember the Yugo?

おはようございます
Ohayōgozaimasu, Alleycat San.

The class was basically on spoken Japanese, but I did learn to write many characters. It was interesting to learn the rationale behind some of them, such as gold or a gold mine.

Was putting together model cars and airplanes big in the UK when you were a youngster, Rob? They were when I was a kid but I'm not sure they are nowadays.
