I've published two issues of my seven-issue digital comic series Satanic Hell through Graphicly's multi-platform service and I wrote an article on my website detailing my experience (it's a bit long for a post here). Here's an excerpt from the beginning that summarizes my experience:
"Overall, I like Graphicly, and depending on your needs and goals, it may be the right choice for you. Their new distribution model is still relatively new and given the short amount of time they’ve been doing it, they’re doing a good job. Surely the service will continue to evolve and improve. There’s some things that need tweaking, but I am pleased so far."
I do go into detail about different aspects of the service, including problems and things to consider. I would say the main issue is that despite listing Nook, Google Books, and Kovo as part of their service, books are not being distributed through them at this time. Apparently its an issue with the platforms and Graphicly is trying to work it out with them. So for now, its just Kindle Fire and Apple devices, which are the two biggest market places.
Here's a link to the post. Let me know if you have any questions.
