Hello and Thank You

Hello! I finally took the plunge and joined the forum today. I've been lurking around for about a week now, reading and learning so much. The amount of information on these boards is amazing. I've already started to use what I've learned here and it's really helped my writing improve.

I've made numerous attempts at writing throughout my life, but not many of them have made it very far - until now. I'm currently nearing the end of my first draft of my current WIP and am in a little bit of shock that I've stuck with an idea long enough to write so much of it down. It's an exhilarating feeling!

Thanks for letting me join and learn from all of you. I hope in time that I will be able to give back as well.

Me too! No matter what comes next, we can say we wrote a novel. That's one milestone achieved!
