"Irregardless" sets my teeth on edge, too.
Any time a noun such as "dialog" is turned into a verb, "We need to dialog about blah." or "Beth and Frank need to dialog about that." What happened to "talk" or "discuss"? Perfectly fine words, of honorable birth and noble mien.
Any other form of "market droid speak", actually--"action items", "leverage", "core competencies", etc. I imagine, "Next action item: we need to dialog about leveraging our core competencies" sounds better to some than, "Next, we need to talk about how to do our main jobs better".
