Willow's favorite mode of transportation would be flying. Either on a plane, but most likely on a living thing.

Does your villain think his/her goal is for the benefit of the world? Is it?

Lampyris is clean enough, but he doesn't exactly care about keeping up with the latest fashions, so he looks a bit patchwork and raggedy. However, if he woke up one morning and all his posse had disappeared, it might take him a few days to figure out he has to clean, since his most trustworthy fellow evildoer, Gherkin, is a neat freak and does all the housework before anyone else can get to it. Less trustworthy fellow evildoer, Vorticose... now, he's a total slob, leaves dishes in the sink for weeks, etc.

How are/were your antagonist's grades at school, if they went? Under/overachiever? Struggled with a few subjects?

Vain: I never attented school but I am quite cunning. I assume I would be at the top of every class.

Who named your antag? Why did that person/thing name your antag that?

Ooh, that's another good one for Lampyris, because he was an orphan who had no name until he went to the Bleakward. There, he made friends with another sick kid, and that friend gave him the name "Lampyris" because he'd sneak into the garden at night to catch fireflies...

...and eat them.

Did your antagonist have a favorite toy as a child? What was it?

Probably not; he didn't have much of a childhood, seeing as he had to work for a living since the age of nine.

If your antagonist could go back in time, what would he/she change?

She's not terribly interested in wasting time on any form of play, when she can instead be studying or pursuing her goal. Plus it rarely freezes in her area of Faery.

What's the last book your antagonist read?

Richard would have his cronies standing beside him in single multiple files. And then points at the camera man. The setting a war zone, white fog and rocky landscape. They are wearing powered armor.
