The website seems to be down. Any updates about his status?

Chumplet, I touched base with Mark this morning. The site is down for revamping.

Ah, good. Thought he forgot to renew or somethin'.

Not to be harsh but it sounds like Mark has disappeared from the world in the last year. I have heard that at least 10 of his clients have fired him and that he doesn't respond to emails anymore. I hope he's doing OK because I met him at a conference once and he's nice. Also, you might notice that he doesn't have Facebook or Twitter or a blog. He used to have all three of these things. Until he re-emerges, I wouldn't query Mark.

I queried last October with a picture book and have heard nothing.

Query tracker lists him as closed, possibly out of business. Quite the shame. I would have liked working with him if accepted.
