White Cat Magazine "Regarding fiction, we are interested in novels involving the following genres: suspense and mystery, urban fantasy, science fiction, western and romance." This quote is from the section about novels, obviously, but they also print short stories, and flash fiction.
We take stories up to 5,000 words in length, five cents per word up to 2,500 words. Reprints are paid out at one cent per word. Send these to [email protected]

Up to 1,000 words. $25 per story. Please submit these to [email protected]

ETA: Added them at the bottom of the first post. They have a flash fiction contest going right now, deadline May 12 (or 15 - check first post), 1000 word max, $50 for first place. They are interested in flash, short stories, and novels and do mention western in what they're looking for.
