Waiting expectantly, milling over several WIP stories (The Strange and Tragic Tale Of Sebastien Boudreaux, just shy of 15K; another fragment, 1500 words; Redemption, almost 20K; how I'm going to integrate the September prompt into something bigger), my bare leg hanging over the bed.
It's always nice to wake up to a leg on the grill anyway.

I left work last night with a sore throat and a fever so nothing is on my agenda today, but drugs and sleep with a little bit of AW thrown in the mix.

I'm seriously considering just writing it without an ending at this point. It's terrible and probably totally WRONG for the book.
I suck at endings. REALLY suck. Reworked it a little this morning and hope to get a little more done this afternoon.

MediaCom has a tech that does crappy work. The folks upstairs got their internet installed to replace the phone company's DSL. Instead of hooking and unhooking a wire, the tech went through and cut everything, including my stuff. So, no interwebs all weekend. The phone company tech that fixed it really wants to know who did that because it seems to be a pattern.
Ok, now I have a pile of work to play catch-up on. Yay!
