I signed up bout a week ago and have been browsing around a few threads.

I've been writing on and off for years now and therefore, don't really have much to show for it, though my biggest achievement was when I was working for an online gaming company as a game administrator. My role there was to write its story which I had done for over 2 years. (Loved it btw)

Sadly, the company went under and that was that for me. These days, I write for the fun of it.

I have tried writing many genres, fantasy, sci-fi, western, steampunk, cyberpunk, post-apocalypes (which is my personal favourite), and some erotica as well.

I love to imagine and to put it down on paper, but truthfully speaking, I'm hoping to make a little income through writing as well. Hopefully something of mine gets published one day. XD

BD, I think if anyone can get you to the point of catching an agent's or a publisher's eye, these guys can. It's like a master class in writing, including "how not to reinvent the wheel" and "how to reinvent the wheel, but make it cooler". I haven't been here long myself, but my brain is spinning with the information I have pulled out of threads here.

Nice to meet someone else who likes to play in different genres!
