Yes, but there are lots of things in your world that do not apply in rules of English grammar. At least American English grammar.
Such as the lack of pants. There is no real discussion of pants in English grammar.
And "cream" is a non-countable noun. We speak of "kinds" of cream, for example. Or "flavors," if you're at the ice cream shop.
Trust me, I'm a professional.
