I saw a great revival of Alan Plater's play 'Close the Coalhouse Door' in Newcastle last night and blogged about it today. Anybody here every heard of writer or play?

The Great Amazon KDP Select Experiment.

I'd appreciate all the shares and tweets I get on this! After all, it's Amazon's money I get from this, not readers'.

Anyway, there is one thing that day taught me and it’s that it sucks when field trips overlap during your lunch hour and the dining hall is serving something other than pasta. I also learned the importance of observation.
