Probably not a good idea for authors who aren't team players. Um, how many authors are team players?

I must say, though, this is the single weirdest thing I've seen a book publisher say:
We ask for electronic and worldwide digital rights for a period of one month after release of the book. You are free after that to have your work published elsewhere.
