If I have a well researched health article on a blog ad I want to promote it via the press release, how can I do it? Basically I want to get a live link from there. The targeted audience is the English speaking world, mainly thee U.S.

Wow, If I send an e-mail to all of them and if only every second editor click on my link, I'll get 1,000+ visits.

In the meantime I've found out there are free and paid press release (like prweb.com) online services.
