Just an observation: You have to be really careful with the word "outlier." Just because someone is in the top percentile doesn't mean they're necessarily an outlier if there's linear growth.
On the other hand, the whole top 5-10% could be considered "outliers" depending on the distribution and growth of the previous 90%. It's not possible to say without having all of the data.
