Addressing an agency?

Quick question here, I'm wondering how one would go about addressing an agency in a query letter? I'm referring to those agencies which don't list specific agents on their website, but rather just have one e-mail for which queries would be sent to. Should you still attempt to personalize somehow, or just address your letter to the name of the whole agency? Thanks for any help!

If its one email address for an entire agency, put "ATTN: FirstName LastName" in the subject line.

Then if you really don't know the agent's name (and I can't fathom why this would be), just write "Dear Agent" (which makes me cringe! I can't imagine writing a letter without knowing who I am sending it to.)

Take the agency name to Query tracker, find out which agent there represents your genre, then address the query to that person.

I've been querying the whole agency if they have say 4 or 5 and several look like they'd be good matches. On the submission guidelines, both I tried had specific instructions for doing so, usually either addressing the head agent or the query coordinator.
