Okay, I'm going to get all brave and send a letter of introduction to a magazine I really want to write for. I've done some of the online content site writing early on, but the main thing I hope to draw on is my work as a newspaper staff writer. My editor at the paper says that my work as a feature writer is my best work. How would I go about attaching that to an email? Should I scan in the actual newspaper article? I hope that is not a stupid question. I just really need some advice here.

I can use the online work. However, I don't feel like that is the best match for this publication. I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you!

If you can scan the article, I'd say that's the best. Then save it and convert it to a PDF if you can. There is an option to do that in Word or you can look online for free converters. I'd paste the picture into Word and convert it that way.
