My preferred genre is stuff that fits several genres or none. Stuff that denies me the ability to apply preconceptions or which reveal preconceptions I've got. I guess contemporary?
Interstitial, man. Inter-frickin-stitial.

But Animal is so great too.

yes, but the question doesn't ask for YOUR favourite Muppet...it asks for FAVOURITE MUPPETS CHARACTER. If you answer anything other than Fozzie, you're answering incorrectly.

I'm a female (I am, I swear) and I like really hard core sci-fi, and UF, and fantasy. I read alot of M/M romance too.

I like good fiction. Which would be all of the above plus more.

Someplace else.

Yep. It's Fozzie.

I prefer to read good stories and usually find mine in UF, romance, occasionally mystery or thriller. Never hard core fantasy.

can't choose one, but I chose Other because Non-Fiction wasn't on the list, and I love the narrative non-fiction/memoir genre...I'm biased, of course :)
