I feel awesome. I have to do the bass track and the vocals for this one song and it's finished, and it sounds awesome. Clever eq-ing let me record drums with a single mic, and it sounds like I used a couple. I also just demoed the guitar for a new song I came up with that is friggin awesome if I do say so myself (and I do!).

BORED. Moody, moody, moody. At least there is a festive mood in this room tonight, what with schmoo* monsters and other early spring silliness going on full force to lighten the mood. Plus I had a really good practice session on my guitar (it's called a Loop Creator, and it's the greatest backup tool ever. No, really.). And other important changes in my life coming up soon.

Kinda sad.

I was looking on Craigslist for a cheap riding mower in the farm section and saw a post about a small petting zoo to be held on FT Campbell and they were asking for animals that could be used. All they have right now are some chickens.

For some reason, that just broke my heart. I don't know why. If I could afford it, I'd buy/rent some more animals for them. We just have dogs.

Yeah, it's silly, I know.
