It's all moving pretty fast, which I like. No point fannying about and dithering. I've sent them my postal address for the contract, filled out the marketing sheet and cover art form, joined the author yahoo group...
Now I just wait to be introduced to my editor.
Lori showed me how to use 'track changes' last night; it's surprisingly easy. Picked it up in five minutes. Naturally we sent the same word.doc back and forth a few times, adding dirty words and stupid jokes to the page...purely to make sure I knew how to use track changes properly, that's all...
It's looking like April for a release date. Which I take as a compliment to the state of my submission, and an act of trust on their part - they believe I'll get the edits done in time.
