Ok, forget the fact I'm bored, the nonfiction folder needs some renewed energy and lovin'

Slowly but surely I'm still trudging along on the Civil War trail book started eons ago. I dusted it off and now seeing it with fresh eyes, sending off proposals, and getting photos and the like for it. Eventually it is going to be completed. I really need to believe that since this one is just going on forever and the first book (ok so it was plant profiles but still) took a relatively short time to finish.

I've recently began thinking again about publishing my study guide to The Origin of Species.

I've also come across some useful info on the state of medical care in the early 1800s. This will be part of a larger project documenting technological advances from 1870 to 1950.

Oh, I'd love to read that.

I'm working on one of those "immersion journalism" projects (book length). You know, like the things done in the show 30 Days.

Memoir Project

I'm curently working on self-identification guides and memoir workbooks to regain more events from my history but, it'll be a life-long project as I am constantly evolving. :)

I'm finishing up my book on Heirloom Vegetables. But the stupid beautiful weather keep begging me to come out and work on my own garden.
Must. Stay. Focused.

Such problems we have in California. ; ) I have a few articles on gardening and gourmet cooking just for fun. Just think of gardening as a great stress relief and the opportunity to do more research. :) Deadlines, oh my deadlines. Have a good one and take as well as give good care. :)

Yes..those deadlines. I've been planting and starting things in my down time (*snort* as if..)

This book's deadline looms. It'll be here soon enough and I'll catch up on some other writing while I'm waiting for final edits. And I'll *really* be able to get in the garden.

Well (snort) I'm glad we have some of the same interests. What is down time anyway? Relax. The end (deadline) is near. ;) I finally work with a better editor and staff team. I need to go for the unique and creative routine, which I love. No real complaints here.

I am planting a couple blueberry bushes today.

I'm currently working on the time that I spent in the Army and all the Hades I went through. It's more like a memoir but not my complete life story.

I've got sort of a memoir thing going right now; it's about a four year period of time when I was homeless. It's not really a self-help thing, but it could teach a few narrow minded people a few things...for sure.
