Awww, thanks so much, everyone! I'm sure all my posts are kind of spastic, but I'd once told myself to keep an open mind that I may never find an agent. So, this came as quite a shock!
And, if anyone else reads this, I'd like to share how much of a fluke landing my agent was. I misread her PM page and thought she represented MG fantasy. Only after her request for the opening chapters did I realize she ONLY represents YA... well, with one MG thrown into the mix now.
It was a bit of destiny or something that I misunderstood her preferences, because she saw something in my book even though it was out of her taste. (And she said she couldn't be more excited about it!!!)
