Screenwriters and others who know the craft,

I've been writing a mockumentary and am having some trouble with the conventions. There are always scenes in The Office (or in Parks and Rec.) where they documentary film crew takes the person to the side and conducts a quick interview to let the viewers know what they are thinking. My question is, in terms of script format, how do you set that up? Is it

INT. INTERVIEW OFFICE - MOMENTS LATER (?)

or what? Thanks for your help.

I honestly have no idea, but since you're making it you shouldn't have to worry too much.

I think

INT. INTERVIEW OFFICE

Would work just fine. You don't need MOMENTS LATER to make it clear.
