Internet talk radio/blog talk radio recommendations?

I'm starting to gather information as to the latest and greatest venues for online talk radio shows. A year ago it seems there were few choices; now there are many.

For authors who blog regularly, offer classes, and have books being released, can you recommend the best place to set up a talk radio program?

Now, are you looking to be interviewed? Or are you looking to be the host? Is this a one time deal? Or are you looking for a daily - weekly - monthly thing? The reason people haven't responded is because you haven't been too specific about this.
