At last, OFFICIALLY in the middle of nowhere. But
Okay, I'm posting this because I promised Susie.

200g dried apricots
6 Tbsp Grand Marnier
400g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter
3 egg yolks
Cocoa to coat

Chop apricots and soak in Grand Marnier. Melt chocolate and butter. Cool a little then add yolks one at a time. If mixture is stiff add 1 - 2 Tbsp cream. Add apricots and refridgerate until firm enough to shape into a log. Roll in sifted cocoa and store in foil in fridge until needed.

This needs to be eaten in very thin slices, it's very very rich! :)

Star to the right and straight on till morning.
I know it's a thread about that yummy thing but have you ever tried this?

1 shot kahlua
1/2 shot galliano

pour over ice, add coke leaving just enough room for a bit of heavy cream and stir.

It's sooooooooooooo refreshing in the summer and it's a lot like a rootbeer float flavour but soooo much better.
