I see Samhain has a YA category (not currently accepting YA though), but haven't seen it in most other e/print romance publishers. Any others besides Harlequins new teen line that you know of?

Mundania (Phaze parent company) accepts YA subs. They have a weird schedule and only take previously unpublished by them during certain times of the year.
Wild Rose Press takes YA, but they have a guideline you have to follow subject wise. It has to be tame YA.

Romance Divas has a sticky that outlines all the markets for YA...I think you may have to sign up for a membership to see it. The membership is free.

Echelon does have their "Quake" line of YA books. I sent my pitch in about two weeks ago and hope to hear...well, whenever they respond.
I think Harlequin has a YA line, but don't quote meGood luck!
They do and you can find the guildelines for that line on their e-harlequin website.

Don't forget about MTV Books (yes, that MTV! The music video station.) I know of several YA authors in their line. I would imagine that YA romance would qualify, but can't find their guidelines right now. It might be they're agented only. But I'll look around.
