I see Samhain has a YA category (not currently accepting YA though), but haven't seen it in most other e/print romance publishers. Any others besides Harlequins new teen line that you know of?

Mundania (Phaze parent company) accepts YA subs. They have a weird schedule and only take previously unpublished by them during certain times of the year.

Wild Rose Press takes YA, but they have a guideline you have to follow subject wise. It has to be tame YA.

I think Kensington is? I'm not 100% correct but it may be worth checking out.
Perhaps an agent could help?

I think Harlequin has a YA line, but don't quote me :) Good luck!

They do and you can find the guildelines for that line on their e-harlequin website.

Don't forget about MTV Books (yes, that MTV! The music video station.) I know of several YA authors in their line. I would imagine that YA romance would qualify, but can't find their guidelines right now. It might be they're agented only. But I'll look around.

Hey, Zipotes,(and other YA writers) this isn't an e-pub option, but why not shoot for the stars?

Delacorte Press has a contest (Thanks to Sandy James for sending me a cool contest link) Sounds like this could open a nice door if you had the right project in the works.
