Thanks, one and all. It is a bright new day, and I am officially sober. Gonna crack open that contract today...just as soon as I get the nerve up...and look it over. (okay, my tummy is still fluttering at the thought, maybe I'm not as collected as I thought?)

Now, unless nobody's mentioned it before me: you write the bio. You get ideas on what the cover should look like (I DO hope they'll ask -- some do, some don't). You write the back cover blurb.

That way if/when they ask for these, you will look soooo professional 'cause you're ready.

Did I forget anything, gang? These are the things I went "duhhh" over when I sold my first.

For the advice on how to deal with dialouge tags, to the friendly instructions on what to do about computers eating my work, and for just being there to listen to me whine about my rejections. You guys have been huge in helping me get to this point. *aw, shucks* Just wanted you to know that.
