As to the whole "Bible 2.0" and "research" issue, I have an insane idea of following my heroes journey.

That's part of the point, btw, that an atheist with a ton of misconsceptions about religion and religiosity trying to re-write a book he's never read...its kinda absurd.

You know atheists can be pricks and jerks and idiots too, right?

So, while I write the book, I'm going to read the Bible too. Kinda like...learning alongside my MC...

Or am I just being stupid?

How do you guys feel about resurrecting the dead?

I have a damn good reason for it, and it's certainly not a traditional "resurrection" and it's rather bittersweet.

I could tell you if you need to know more, but it will be spoileriffic if anyone here ever feels like betain TV.

OMG I think that there is a high chance of me hitting 63k with this book, same as BW.

However, since BW was YA and this isn't, I think that will still be way too short.

Anyone have any idea what the length of the average UF is? I'm guessing somewhere around 80k?

Ah, fuck. So all my plans for this morning? Sorta scuppered by the fact that there was an ice storm last night. arggggggggggggggggggggh what to do what to do.

I think I'm gonna try to call them at 8:30 when they open, and try to get it fixed by phone... but if they sound AT ALL confused I am crossing the frozen tundra to strangle them with my bare hands.

ETA: Cat, can I ask you to read something? It's Eli's first Communion... remember how I skipped describing it the first time, and you told me to include it? I tried, and I failed, and I tried, and I failed, and I've done something sort of half-assed now that I think might work?

Opinion please?
