January word count

I haven't seen a thread in here that people can come in and say how much they are getting written and I wanted to start it. If nobody has any objections that is.

I started working on my non-fiction book about my experience with my daughter's addiction to Crystal Meth.

Today's word count is 1551 words. It took me about an hour. I was amazed at how it just flew by when in the past when I've attempted to approach the topic, I just couldn't do it.

I guess it's the new year.

So how are you doing on your current WIP? Writing, editing or query and submitting process?

That's great! I've also got two blogs and three fictional novels going but I'm excited to be clearing my head this year and getting going on this non fiction book that has been nagging me to write.
