Its the holidays and I've seen this thread lay idle for months and then it jumps back to life.

yes, usually the way, but sometimes you have to work really hard to get what you want...things don't just fall in your lap all the time.
the only things that ever seem to fall in my lap is food and drink... which is rather embarassing

we have a snowman out front that looks a little like that... only the kids forgot to give it a face and it's iced up.
Also it has no arms, nor hat, nor scarf.
Okay, so it's two, large, stacked snowballs. But with the snow we got today we can fix it up right.

We do those too.
But in the summer. My hometown has some of the nicest beaches around and draws quite the tourist crowd every year.
The nice thing is that there is enough beachfront that you can find a quiet mostly secluded spot if you want to.
