Oh come on. Like I'm going to answer anything but Rammstein. That's what I always answer about music. Let's say specifically: Rammstein's cover of Depeche Mode's Stripped. Or Amour, because love is a wild animal. Or in a very wicked mood: Bestrafe Mich. I deserve to be punished.

As for a personal recommendation for the hot & bothered... anyone that enjoys stuff like NIN would be able to appreciate Puscifer. It's a side project of Tool's singer (Maynard Keenan) and it's pretty hardcore. I dig about half the album, most notably Queen B, Dozo and Momma Sed.
