OK, I have now queried 79 agents. Granted a lot of them are recent, but that is a lot. I have seven agents reading requested material. I have quite a few queries I should receive responses to sooner or later. I don't count the number of rejections because then I would have an unlucky number, but I am waiting to hear back from more than have rejected me. I have been reading a lot on this forum and went from querying only a selected few (some of the agents reading are in that group) to looking for anyone that is good at what they do because I am good at what I do, and , therefore, it should become a perfect match if we end up working together. I am just wondering if you any of you guys have sent out as many queries as me. And I don't think I am done. It is just that it is harder and harder to find more good ones. I think it is kind of sad if I have to query everyone. I feel like such a query slut.
