Hello, I'm quite new here and a beginner writer as well.
Searching through the forum I have seen people refer to something called 'Uncle Jim's Thread' I'm not sure if anyone knows what I'm taking about. One person claimed it was the longest post/article type thing on the whole internet. She also claimed it explains point of views. I'm not good with point of views at all. I try to make transitions clear but they may not come out that way. Anyway, back on topic, I would really like to see this thread. I believe it would do wonders for my writing. Hopefully someone can give me the link.
My second question is how do I choose an avatar of my own? Rather than the ones offered. Can I do that?
