I have two children and sometimes I find it necessary to escape into fiction, my characters are usually the only ones I have any control over!
I'm currently unpublished unless you count being gullible and paying $40 for a cheap book just to see one of my poems in print. I've been offerred a contract by one of those companies that insists on an "author investment", but I don't find much flattery in having to pay several thousand dollars for someone to say they like my book. I'm not into paying someone else for my hard work.
