Wanted; Mentor or Partner for my comic Fantasy story.

I'm currently looking for either a Mentor or Partner to read my fantasy story. It's around 120 pages in length, and is hopefully humorous. There's no profanity or sex, but the occasional fight as befits almost all fantasy. The first 15 or so pages are up to what I believe is my best ability, while the rest is still needing some tweaking.
I'm looking for good feedback as I intend to send this off to agents once it's ready. I'm not easily upset, but I don't want a cold hearted git either!
I do hope to discuss what ever problems may occur so I can better learn how to improve and strengthen my writing.
I was hoping to send you the story in fragments, so I can revise and edit as we go along, but if you'd rather have it all at once, that's not a problem.
I'm willing to read your story in exchange, if you have one. I'll take almost any genre in return, particularly mystery and crime, which I love!
