Are there any agents that accept attachments?

I am willing to snailmail my full manuscripts, but I have a problem with partials. I live abroad and regular mail here is extremely slow and unreliable (not to mention the expense of buying US stamps) If I have to mail several partials to different agents I would rather e-mail them. Do you know of any agents that will accept partials in attachments?
Thank you

If you mention the overseas thing in your query, many many agents will accept attachments for partials. In fact, I have read several opinions from agents saying that overseas projects are their one exception to accepting e-mail submissions at all. Just be open and up front.

The one partial and two fulls that I've sent so far have all been email/online so it definitely happens.

I'm in the UK and have been querying US agents. The majority of agents who have requested materials asked for attached documents and did so without my asking them.

And I was afraid to ask...

Thank you so much. I think in my case it will make the process much faster.

...But they will only accept attachments for requested material. No point emailing an initial query with an attachment --- it will probably be deleted unread.

There was one agent I found on agent query once, ah, Julia Kenny of the Elaine Markson Literary Agency, she accepts attachments (according to agentquery) with the initial query letter. I never got around to looking stuff up about her though, so I'm not sure how legit she is. I think EM is a legit agency though...not sure. Check P&E.

I am from abroad too and out of 11 requests so far only two have insisted on snail -one for partial, another for full.
I've never had to ask to e-mail, it has always been offered. My bank balance is most grateful.
