Hi everyone! I'm very, very new here, and I had a question. I queried Ms. Nelson on Apr. 20, so about two weeks ago now. It says she's a quick responder, and it seems like she responds whether it's yea or nay, so should I nudge her at this point? Probably not, but maybe resubmit? I'm not sure. Anyway, any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

My opinion: 2 weeks is too short for a nudge, even for someone who tends to respond quickly. If you look at sites like query tracker, you'll see responses all over the map for agents, with some reporting responses (yea and nay) within a few hours or days, and others waiting three weeks or a month. Be a little more patient.

A little confused by the directions. Do they only take your query? Also if I'm doing Middle Grade Fantasy, do I address my query letter a specific agent or just to the agency as a whole? If I address it to someone who do I address it to? When I looked at their agent pages I didn't get a clear idea of what they represent. I think I would address it to Kristen but I'm not sure.
I would address the query to the agent you feel is a best fit. NEVER just send "Dear Agent".
Send your query only. They'll request first 30 pages as a partial. If they like it, they'll request a full.

Yes, I believe it is only a query. I know some agents will read 5 pages or so if you unclude them but I don't know if this is an agency that is okay with it. I just sent a query (and my query took around 2 weeks to be rejected. So a longer wait doesn't nessesarily mean good or bad.)
As for the agents and who to submit to- there are a lot of ways to find out more about an agent and their styles. Here is a link from site that leads to Publishersmarketplace and tells you a lot about Sarah Megibow.

Also google for interviews on the agents.That will not only answer some of your questions but also give you an idea of the personality and style of the agents so you'll know who will fit with you better. (I just type in the agent name followed by the word "interview". Not all agents have interviews online but many do)

Queried Kristin yesterday, received standard form rejection today (first of many, I'm sure). At least it was a quick rejection - the bandaid was torn off quickly
ETA: Kristin seems like she would be an awesome agent to have. Not only do I love her blog, but I was horrified when I learned that in my query, I had accidentally spelled her name incorrectly (Kristen as opposed to Kristin). I sent a brief follow-up to my email query apologizing for my error (before I received my rejection). After I received my standard form rejection, I then also received this message from her: "Don't worry--I'm sorry your project wasn't right for me, but I would never turn it down for a simple misspelling. Best wishes!"
Seems like a great person!

Do you guys think I should resend my query in a couple of weeks (on the 26 it will be a month since I sent her the first query)? or should I just stop being paranoid?

Kristin has said don't include any pages. They will either request 30 pages or so or reject based on the strength of the query.

Tough call. It took her two weeks to respond to my query, but from Query tracker she periodically seems to get bogged down depending on what's going on. I think May was a pretty busy month.
I'd suggest sending those five pages anyway. When I was an agent, if I was intrigued by a query letter, I'd always read a few pages; and if they were impressive, I'd get quite excited about reading the whole ms. If there were no pages, maybe I'd ask for some, or maybe the query would get buried unde the avalanche on my desk and forgotten.
