If you look at the links around the article, you'll see that the whole thing about the ship and who hijacked it and why remains a complete mystery. Or worse, a very incomplete mystery: it's clear that there's a lot of wires that might be crossed in the tale of that ship and its cargo and its seizure by cops acting as pirates or pirates dressed as cops.

I didn't want to bias your reading. I thought a nudge in the right direction might trigger some new insight into what is up with that story...which is now moving toward some cover story stage, I guess. Why the detour to the Cape Verde Islands? Did the cargo get switched out there?
