When writing a query, where do you put your bio and what should it contain? What is a logline and what should it look like?

I am trying to rewrite mine based on the critiques you guys gave me on here and these are things i think i need help on.

The bio is generally before the close. You don't put everything in it, just those things that are relevant to writing or to the book. If you're a genetic researcher, that would be relevant to a novel with a genetic engineering plot, but otherwise not. If you've published anything, this is where you'd put it.

A logline is more often used with movie or television scripts. It's one or two lines that succinctly summarize the work.

Take a look here for query ideas.

My bio is about 2-3 sentences and comes before the closing paragraph.

Yup, put the bio just before the closing. Include writing credits if you have any and the reason why you're the best one to tell this story. I had no writing credits so when I sent around my medieval novel I simply cited my extensive research into medieval life.
A logline is usually used for scriptwriting but I like them so I used a logline as an opening sentence much like I've given below in my signature line. The body of the letter should contain a one or two paragraph synopsis of your story.
I don't think there are any hard-and-fast rules for query letters. My personal preference is to start with the title, word count and genre then the logline, then synopsis, next bio and lastly the closing sentence.
