How Do I put someone on ignore?

A new member has rubbed me the wrong way so much, so often, that I need to put that person on ignore. If I can't figure out how, I will probably just leave AW permanently.

I clicked on the person's name, and then on all three symbols below the name, and I don't see an option for ignore.

This person is ruining my experience here with their arrogance. Help please???

Ignore is a wonderful thing. When someone here rubs me wrong until I chafe, they go on ignore until I scab over. If the new pink skin makes me mad all over again, they stay a while longer. I have the same few people there over and over, but rarely for long.

I'd like to be able to refuse to allow certain individuals or behaviors get a rise out of me, but that's often beyond me.

I often wonder if I'm on anyone's ignore list. Then I decide it doesn't matter because they're probably already on mine.

Wow. I'd finally get all that peace and quiet I bellow for on a daily basis. Then again, I'd never get anyone's bar orders right...
