Apparently, I wrote a kicking query but my novel was more literary than commercial and unmarketable (to say the least). Anyway, I had several nibbles, requests for partials but none panned out. This has been over the past year or so.
So, I went back to square one, polishing a more marketable novel, romantic comedy, I'd written a while back. I think it's about ready to go.
As Nancy Grace would say, "What's your question, dear?"
When I query agents who asked for a partial last time, should I remind them that I sent them part of a previous manuscript? Or not mention it and hope to God they don't remember me?
