Hi all,

I was just wondering, I've been a subscriber to the AW newsletter for a couple of years. And I even had an article published in the newsletter last year. Does that still make me a newbie? Or can I have my own label/category?

Okay I'm not sure if this answers your question or not but in order to change your title, you have to have at least 50 posts or be one of the benefactors (donate money to the site) here. Other than that, you will have to ask Jenna about it. I hope it helps.

Welcome to the AW forums. :welcome:

Welcome, JAlpha! :Sun:

As far as I'm concerned, newbie is as newbie does. :D

Sounds fair. I'm sure I'll find my away around in the dark. So far, so good. Before I even knew what rep points where, I found out I already had some! So newbie title or not, everyone seems eager to welcome newcomers.

Thank you,
JAlpha

Glad you're here, JAlpha. But I guess we've already met you since you had an article in the newsletter! Congrats on that accomplishment. :hi:

Alphabeter,

Isn't there also an Alphabet on the board as well? Alpha -- means first in Latin, right? I live in Alpharetta, so it's just easier for me if I stick to words I can remember. I'm one of those people who have to change their ATM security codes like three, four times a year cause I can't keep small details in my head . . . too many distracting voices

Yes JAlpha, there is! I'm using the same name as I use on a different board. You could say because it is unoriginal of me, but I like to think it is just because I like the name. Do you think we ought to develop a secret signal between us? PM me about that one! LOL
