Vermin in restaurant - who do you call?

I'm having a brain lapse here. In the US, what is the company or organization or whatever that you call when a restaurant is unsanitary? I think they check restaurants regularly too.

In Canada, it would be Public Health, which is a municipal department.

In most of the US, you would call the local Health Department to report vermin or other infractions. The same department generally also does the health inspections of restaurants and any other business that sells/serves food.
