Trouble Logging in to Writersmarket.com?

I keep trying to log in at writersmarket.com and it won't let me in. Just in case I am having a senior moment and using the wrong user name, I tried all of the emails I might have signed up with. Those didn't work either.

I tried to send a message through their support system but got an error in trying to submit that. They don't open until tomorrow for phone contact; in the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble. This is quite frustrating since it's a paid subscription service!

I tried my user ID but it didn't work, so I went to the Help section and it wants my email.

It's not a forum, it's a paid subscription service.

It's working this morning, so they must have been having issues last night. Really annoying tho' as they have a ton of "updated" markets, and I already found one that they supposedly just verified but that has ceased to exisit. I'd love to know exactly how they do their supposed vertification.
